No Elevator, smallest parking spaces I've ever seen, need a box fan to pull air in to bedroom or push it out depending on the season. The other complaints on here are just petty. If your staying a night or two, the fees seem crazy. But if you're staying a week the cost equals out. Very cheap for walking distance to Broadway. We'll stay again but hopefully get first floor.

Really enjoyed our stay. & will certainly reccomend to others. If I could change 1 thing it would be all the trash in lot & outside patio area. Very nice facility & very secure Building. OffStreet Parking was great too! Thanks!

The property was fine. They advertise one price but then charge double that amount as a “property fee”. Very misleading and lacking in integrity. No assistance getting a refund or cancellation within 5 minutes of realizing the price was for one night not the two I thought I was booking.

Great apartment situated 10 min away from Broadway. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. There is no elevator so you’ll have to carry your luggage. I would suggest getting the units on the top floor so you don’t hear your upstairs neighbors’ footsteps. There is on site parking and a food court across the street.

This property was close to Broadway. We were able to park the car and walk. The unit was large enough for my husband and I. Was quiet and well-appointed with amenities. The area around the property was a little sketchy but we felt safe.

Great location and price
Had all the amenities and comforts of a one room condo or apartment, walking distance to everything. The wood floor creaked a bit. They only surprise was having to go up two flights of stairs and there was aTV in the living area but not one in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable.

Other than at time of booking, there wasn't any interaction with any staff so can't really comment on staff. Things were as advertised and it is impossible to beat the location. We did not have a car and were able to walk to most locations and Uber the rest of the time.
