The staff were not friendly when I checked in and the bartender seemed to be less than enthusiastic. There was no hand soap in the bathroom of my room so kind of gross to have to wash your hands without soap. I went to the front desk and she the staff said the hotel was out of soap. The hotel was clean but this hotel was not comparable to other Aloft hotels that I have stayed at. I will not stay here again

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this hotel. The air conditioning unit is installed directly above the bed and is extremely loud, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. It completely ruined any chance of relaxation. To make matters worse, my vehicle was damaged in the hotel parking lot, and the staff did absolutely nothing to help or offer compensation. Their lack of responsibility and concern was truly disappointing. I would not recommend staying here if you value a peaceful stay and good service.

The bar was cool but it was in need of cleaning. Bartender just picking shaker and empty shot cup off the bar and just mixing drinks in stead off washing the items. All in all the bar area needs to be cleaned. Stuff was everywhere.

Place was super clean, no complaints there. But they tried to charge my card 8 times for various amounts, I wasn't the only person that this happened to, saw numerous people at the front desk complaining of this. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of this.

At check in the staff was rude although it might have been because of the microsoft problem. There was no sound proof in the rooms. The room next door had the tv on loudly and a dog whining for hours. We were driving the next day and I couldn’t sleep. Called front desk and they ignored me.

The best thing about this hotel was the little details. Like lots of horizontal space in the room, the slightly heated pool, and a roomy shower. Check-in was easy and I agreed to be signed up for the rewards program. (I’m having an issue with finishing that process, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.) They had carts to use, and while small, we simply used two. 😉 The bed was soft, the linens fine, the tv remote worked, there was a curtain for the window that blocked most of the light, and the fridge worked just fine. I love when you can control the AC, and when the bedside (lamps or tables) have the ability to plug in your electronics. The shower was spacious, and the toiletries provided were nice (is Drybar a brand of note? I pay scant attention to such things, but they had a pleasantly plaid kinda scent.) The pool was perfect. Warm enough you didn’t freeze, cool enough to be refreshing. Oh, and the coffee was decent.

This is a beautiful hotel Asthetics were very nice but the rooms were another story...bugs in the window hair in the sheets lights in hallway were very dim or just not workable low water pressure in shower. If the lobby area is going to be beautiful as it is the rooms need to match!

They’ll charge your card and not cancel off
The actual hotel was good enough for what we needed. However I pre-paid for this hotel using Hotels.com gift cards, like many other hotels on this trip but Aloft billed the entire amount again actually at the hotel. I was told they needed a card on file for incidentals (no problem, everywhere else did the same) but at the end they charged the full stay to my card. Every other hotel amended the charges to just what they were. We had $0 in incidentals with Aloft.
