Premier Hotel Cabin Narvik

"Abisko Turiststation STF is a great place to stay. It's located close to the train station and offers a variety of rooms from hotel, to hostel, to cabins. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was perfect for us. The one item I will note is that you need to ethier bring your own sheets/sleeping bag or you can rent linnens from the hotel (much like a hostel). I am glad I reached out to them before we arrived so they could inform me of this as it doesn't seem to be listed on hotels.com. Otherwise, this hotel is great, most of the activities pick up at this location. The only other item to note is that this is not in Abisko proper. So if you need to get food from a grocery store, you should bring it with you or plan to walk to the store as there are limited transportation options once you arrive. "

"A chic and nice hotel with lovely views. Location is a bit difficult if you don’t have a car, plan to spend on taxi’s or walk an icy long trek to get to the city center. "

"The hotel itself was pretty cozy. The staff were friendly, for the most part. They have a sauna, gym, restaurant, lobby bar, game room, and a bar downstairs. The views were incredible. There were a lot of activities to keep busy. The only downside is the cost to get to the hotel from the airport in Kiruna. There were no trains or buses available after our flight arrived or before we departed, so we had to pay for a taxi both trips. It cost us $268 for the drive to the hotel, and $238 back to the airport. The cab drivers will up charge you for everything, so be prepared."

"Excellent experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got lucky that my room has been upgraded and it has stunning lake view. Great location, close to the airport and supermarket. Provide refreshments such as coffee and tea. Room is quite big to open two big suitcases. "

"Nice propertyt, near the town supermarket. This is a must during one stays, specially when most restaurants close after the summer season. It is also very close to the lake side if you come to Abisko to catch a glimpse of the Nortern lights where you can just walk over and have one of the best viewing area. The staffs are superb and very helpful. I highly recommend and I will stay here again should I visit Abisko again."
