Where should I begin.For whatever reason you have to go to another location do the whole check in yourself on an iPad. Our stay was very close to the station, picked it especially as it’s hard for my mom to walk long distances.Then I find out that we first have to go to the check in location and not our actual stay location(which is more than 2km away).But I have to say thank you to the person who was kind enough to ask the driver to drive us to our location that was very pleasant.Although what happened after was very strang.I asked at the check in about certain amenities(like kettle and fridge) she said yes but truly she didn’t understand anything it seems, as when we got to our room there was no kettle.I wrote to them, no response for about half an hour then I wrote a big message, finally a response. However not with a solution but with an accusation.“First of all, we are working and we cannot reply IMMEDIATELY to our guests.You write 30 minutes ago, not 3 hours.Be respectful of our work” to me 30 minutes of silence from the people that you require help from is a long time.It would be much better if I was replied to in 5 mins with a message saying please wait whilst we are sorting out your issue,then I would have no problem with waiting. Kettle was brought with no cups, strange smell in the room, broken shelf and shower. The check out is strange too a lot of unopened doors but you have to leave your keys upstairs, so before you leave you have to open them and then go back.
