"Not only are the glass apartments very luxurious and have an amazing hot tub and sauna but you get to lie in bed and watch the Northern Lights. I think it would be a good idea to provide guests with eye masks because the daylight can wake you very early."

"Great location. Out of town enough to view an aurora through the window while our baby was sleeping. Could ski on the frozen river straight from the property. Loved the wet room with a sauna - this was really cool! Staff were good at communicating once we were there but not initially after booking which would’ve been helpful. Lots of parking. Easy distance to airport, large supermarket and the amenities in the town. Close to a large ski area also. Overall, we’d definitely return to Artic Resort...

"This property was perfectly located for our trip and had everything we needed. The option for a late check out was extremely handy. The only thing that would have made things better would have been if there was an option for early check in say 1pm instead of 4pm as our flight landed at approx 11.30 so we had to use a storage facility nearby for our luggage and wait around for 4 hours. "Location-wise, this place is hard to beat - just a sprint to the pedestrian street, and a supermart is just downstairs, so you can get your supplies to make a simple meal in your kitchenette. the room has seen better days, but it is clean and keeps you warm with the double glazed windows. we didn't even bother with the heater in the room. there is also an old fashioned lift that can take two people with two pieces of luggage. the lady who owns the place and the one who upkeeps it are friendly...

"Very nice full wood cabin with very high ceiling on the common area. Felt like staying home. Fireplace on the common area built perfect mood in the dark nights of early autumn. Sauna 247 warm also nice. Skiing resort next doors and nice location almost on top of ounasvaara. Service was fantastic, got the cabin couple hours early. If I had to come up with something negative - cabins could be spreaded out little bit and the air circulation in the cabin was little noisy."

"This hotel is a lovely place to stay at. Cozy sitting areas to have a glass of wine before retiring for the night. Helpful front desk staff. The parking lot is small, behind the hotel, but there is one. The breakfast is a dream, so much to choose from. My room and bathroom were clean and well supplied with needed products. I highly recommend this hotel. "
