"The property itself wasn’t bad. The area was a bit of walk though. Maybe about 8-10 from the train station. We tried to pay for breakfast with about 30-45 minutes left and were turned away which was odd.."

"Our check-in was tremendous: the woman there was so efficient, gracious and kind and her English was perfect. All Japanese hotels maintain a high standard, but the Okura is in a category all its own. And the room is comfortable, and graced with a lovely view."
