"Amazingly to my surprise to find the 5-star hotel. It is centrally located in the centre of city, very close to subway metro station,  shopping malls & restaraunts. The reception staff Mr Cheng & house-keeper Ms Lu on Level 5 were very attentive, professional & friendly to help me to check in & settle down. I stayed in a room with the city view but quiet at night. The room was very clean , bed & pillows were super comfortable. There are a fitness centre & a swimming pool in the hotel...

"Too far from the airport, Nanjing South train station, sites of interest, and the city centre. Taxi drivers could not find the hotel without assistance. Breakfast began at 7 am and all food dishes were completely cold (i.e. room temperature....some felt like they were just removed from the refrigerator). The only redeeming factor for this hotel is that the check-in, bar/lounge, and cleaning staff were great! The kichen staff needs to prepare hot food if the hotel wants to garner...

"As I read reviews of this hotel,it is like I was somewhere else. While the hotel staff were excellent the room was less then impressive. The bed was hard as nails, the carpet grossly stained and dirty, and taps in bathroom leaky,with water over the vanity constantly. I would not stay here again. The restaurant was expensive compared to Chinese standards but offered a good variety for breakfast. I did not have lunch or supper at hotel."

"I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find.
