"We were the only occupants for a Fri night. Maybe cos it’s about 10min walk away from the walking street. Place is around the residential area... quite quiet... you can hear the cricket or cicada croaking when walking along the street at night. Chiang Khan is only vibrant along the walking street. The rest of the areas close by 8-9pm... so if you are not driving, and maybe just 1-2pax, you might be better off staying along the activity street. The place is about 15min away from Phu Tok mountain...

"A compact but very comfortable hotel and room within 5 minute walk to the famous walking street. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even with my poor Thai speaking skills. Hotel parking is right around the corner within 3 minute walk. Would stay here again."

"NO attached toilet in rooms!!!!! Common toilets facilities! Very inconvenience! The hotel is make of wooden structures. Partitions between rooms are not sound proof. "The room listed on expedia and what actually get at check in is totally misleading. I book family room with understanding that 2 people stay in attic room witg river view and another is just normal. Base on room picture show in expedia. In fact, it is totally different room. We ended up getting tiny room for 4 of us staying in together as normal room and no river view at all.
