"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. But what I did not like was that rooms are not sound proofed, so we could hear steps, voices and yes, in France, passionate "affection" from the neighbours in the room above us. "Perfect overnight stay with 2 kids. Large rooms. Only point of feedback would be the heat. Mid january and even with the window open it stayed very warm in the room, as well as other area’s of the hotel."

"Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. It was warm so we opened the windows only to be smothered by cigarette smoke from below. We could not park the car in the garage without the keys in the lock box.
