Don't go there
When we arrived they did not have our booking. Triple room not available and had to have 1 double and 1 single. We chose this hotel for 3 single beds. They did not expect us at breakfast and had to go shopping. Our room was not cleaned and the beds were not made up at all during the stay. We did not have enough towels. Nobody on the staff spoke English but made it clear that we were a nuisance and that they were not going to help. We think that this hotel should not be included on your list of hotels. It was truly dreadful. Nancy is a beautiful town. Everyone else we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Considering this is a 2 Starr hotel, it is not too bad. Close to the place Stanislas square which is very beautiful.

Porte fermée, personne pour ouvrir entre 20h15 et 21 h. J'ai dû téléphoner pour que quelqu'un vienne ouvrir. Mais personne agréable et qui a présenté ses excuses. Confort satisfaisant pour une nuit, en rapport au prix de la chambre. Endroit calme.

hotel propre et bien placé
l'office de tourisme prête des audio guides et plans pour découvrir la ville ( en art nouveau ) ce qui est intéressant vu qu'il n'organise pas en saison hivernale de visites guidées

Nous avons séjourné 1jour, l'hôtel est propre, a 5min de la vielle ville et du centre, le personnel est bien sympathique et accueillant, le rapport qualité/prix est parfait.

No staff, no breakfast, no tv, no wifi
At arrival the door was closed. Another guest let us in and already warned us about the tv, breakfast and wifi. The key was at the receptiondesk. No staff at all ! The TV didn't work, so we couldn't watch the Olympics. There was no wifi. The next morning breakfast would have been served from 7.00 to 9.00, but there was no staff ??! So no breakfast whatsoever. So during our entire stay we didn't see 1 employee ! Light in the room didn't work, shower was broken. Room was clean though.

Tarif imbattable prestation correcte
Hôtel fort décrié, mais loin d'être désagréable. la prestation est à la hauteur du prix très compétitif. Prestation basique mais correct. L'hôtel est ancien mais bien tenu. Jeune femme en charge de l'accueil très gentille et très disponible. Hôtel très simple et très bien situé idéal pour un séjour court. Pas de problèmes de stationnement.
