"It was horrible...It was my 1st time in France so I wasn’t aware of their culture. I used a towel to clean the floor and shower and was put out of the HOTEL the 2nd day! because the “owner” stated that that’s not the “french” way....I think he was being racist!! He also didn’t state that HE LIVED IN THE SAME HOTEL.....he advertised as iF the 2 beds were available but THEY WERE NOT!!! Wouldn’t recommend it to a dog!!!!"

"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible.
