Our first impression of lobby was very impressive. We arrived as it was getting dark so didn’t see the beautiful water view. the restaurant is nice food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Front desk called about 15 minutes after we got hear to make sure everything was ok with our room. The part I must say the indoor pool area was freezing so only 1 of 4 went in and wasn’t very long this is the main reason we chose the hotel was for the pool. Not sure why they only put a part roof over the pool as they have an outdoor pool on a rainy day having a completely covered warm pool area would be much better, definitely would come back if it was hot out to use the pool but if not we would have to look at other options.

Due to construction out front we were comped an oceanview room. Amazing view - and the balcony had a lovely little table and chairs to watch the sunrise and set. The gym has every machine you can think of and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Views are nice but the lack of communication between the morning and night crew needs work. Dont book rooms above the restaurant when you have your staff party that night! When you move a guest let the morning desk crew know so that maintenance doesn't just walk into your room! Wouldn't stay here again tbh

The room had an ocean theme - blue, white and grey. Very clean but could use a bit more art on the wall. The inside pool was nice and heated but lacked a roof and the hot tub was not open. The outside pool was closed but looked like a nice place to be in the summer.
