"Great location right across the station. I really thought it'd be your standard business hotel but they were so much more. Abundance of amenities provided, you'd be set even if you only came with the clothes on your back. The staff were so hospitable. The hotel offers Western and Japanese style rooms, which I think is lovely. Western beds were firm but comfortable.There's a ramen shop attached in the main floor, unfortunately they were sold out and closed early the night I was there. However, I don't know whether I was just super hungry, but the breakfast buffet was absolutely divine the next morning. The cook staff were so kind too. Quality over quantity for sure, but everything was so delicious. Definitely the best breakfast I had at a hotel for my whole two-week stay in Japan. "

"First time stay at a Tokyu Stay. I'll definitely be using the chain again. Loved the hospitality from staff, the convinience of the room (there a washing machine/dryer in the room) and the onsen within the hotel. The hotel was well located. Easy walk to the Red Brick Warehouse, the Hakodate morning market (the hotel offers breakfast tickets for some restaurants in the market) and close to the tram stops so you can get around Hakodate with ease"

"Driving into the hotel can be a bit tricky due the lane directions but otherwise you can go to the front of the hotel along the tram side of the road. The parking is found on the other side, note that there is a height restriction for the car park tower."

"Connected to Jr Station, top floor has free coffee/tea to drink as you sit and enjoy the night view of the city. Main bus terminal steps outside hotel, tram stop 5 minutes walk away, easy to get to all tourists sites. Shower water pressure strong."
