Only difficulty was my lack of Korean phone number for communication on where to park and which room we were staying so I had to do so through kakao for which my boyfriend had to do the talking as I’m not fluent in Korean. "The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. There is another room with a complete sitting set and floor mats but I was not given that room. When trying to cancel the reservation, the Expedia representative says according to the hotel's approval and the hotel says according to Expedia's regulations and this is considered misleading to the...

"The one we stayed is like a studio. Has big fridge and washing machine (with dryer). Kitchen utensils and electric stove. There is a tablet where you can order food for delivery and price is reasonable. The room we had has a great view of the bridge. The room is with key lock so you don't need the keycard to enter. "This is not a hotel, it is a condominium operated by a company. Check in and out was not smooth. They asked us to separate kinds of garbages and bring them to the garbage disposal area where it is a bit far from the building. "

"We had a family trip this time bit there’s not enough towels(No shower towels) and there’s bad smell when I enter the room. Lobby areas are clean and nice and easy to access beach(No swimming allowed). We doesn’t have enough time to enjoy all other facility this time. One last thing, there’s very nice sunrise spot on the mountain in front of the resort. "
