"This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. It is quite remarkable how badly some guests behaved when getting their food - a real “bun fight” at every meal. The restaurant staff were amazing and did everything they could to keep the tables...

"The room was on the top floor overlooking the lake but the trees blocked most of the view. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. It would have been good to have smaller pillows available in the room. I ended up rolling up a towel to make a smaller pillow. Meals were included in the stay and there was plenty of variety. Only real bummer is that I think I left my Prescription Progressive Glasses in the room and can't get anyone to pick up the phones & check!"

Loved the Onsen, loved that we could cook our own dinner, the hikes, went for a run. This is one of our favourite places and we would highly recommend. "The hotel was good. The room was big enough, and had a bathtub and fridge, and the other usual amenities. I didn't have a meal included, but I did buy one 1400 Yen breakfast buffet, and it was really good. The only 'negative' was the walking distance from the JR station, but that was how I picked it, also because it was cheaper to rent. The nearest grocer wasn't convenient either, even a further walk than the JR station to reach a MaxValu/AEON type store."
