Mai Sunset Island Resort

3.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (7)
"Idyllic island escape in a beautiful, secluded part of the Yasawa Islands. Made for those wanting to relax, recharge and switch off from the wider world. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful in a wholly authentic way. The bures were extremely comfortable though were missing some inner curtain/blinds for added privacy (it felt that people could see inside quite easily - one small improvement we'd recommend!). 8.4 out of 10, Very good, (6)
"very nice staff, very wqrm and helpful. all meals in mandatory meal plan, so that is limiting but food good overall. This is a lodge-only experience (no other restaurants etc nearby), but lots of outfdoor things to do"
Boathouse Nanuya

Blue Lagoon Beach Resort

3.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (62)
"It's a very nice property and welcoming staff. The excursions to the Blue Lagoon cave and nearby snorkeling spots are fantastic. The only drawbacks are the property itself is on a beach with a rather murky reef with low visibility and the lighting inside the villas is poor. If you open the shades it gets too hot in the room and the electric lights in the room aren't strong enough. A skylight in each villa would make a big difference."
