The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. A caveat- Ramgarh is not a place for shopping or adventure sports and doesn't have the hustle-bustle of Nainital, but it is a place where you can sit down, slow down and reinvigorate yourself.
