"We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. She helped make it an unbelievably amazing stay. 5 stars worth every penny. "

"We spent 7 nights in this resort. Very safe and tranquil place to stay. It’s like an oasis with all the greeneries, trees, mini pond, waterfall in the property. It has two pools and a gym. "Everything was fine, except the “All Inclusive” breakfast was not clear. The paper issued at the lobby stated that the dining options start at 11:00 to 23:00. So, the first 2 days we had to wait to eat, then an associate confirmed. After a brief conversation with another associate he confirmed that we did have the option to have breakfast but the beverages consumption start at 11. Anyway, the experience was good and the whole family was happy. "

"My mom and I stayed at this resort in Jan of 2025! We absolutely loved it. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. Food: breakfast buffet was amazing and worth signing up for. We didn’t sign up for it initially but was no problem to go down and charge it to your room. Amazing coffee and amazing breakfast food lay out Pools were great, clean and lots of chairs to choose from. Multiple pools around the resort with swim up bars. The resort is directly in the beach so you are walkable distance to so many vendors and lunch/ dinner options. I’d recommend bread fusion that is on the strip. Amazing sandwhiches and smoothie bowls! Rooms were hugeeeeee, amazing amenities like a gym and workout classes, and massive balconies to enjoy some quiet time. The resort also had a minimarket you can go and buy water and snacks at. Overall would highly highly recommend this resort to stay at!!"

Must stay near Patong Beach

"We stayed here almost a week with our 17 months and we loved it here so much. Our room was oceanview so we got to see the spectacular NYE fireworks from our balcony. The room had so much space for my baby running around. Everyone on the property was incredible sweet and attentive. We also enjoyed our breakfast buffet and the pool a lot. Can't wait to come back next time"

"Love the hotel and all the staff my house maid Nice was the best when I was sick she bring me much water . She was so helpful. Alvin the chef makes the best buffet and dinners grilled . I’m very impressed with hotel and everything about it . I recommend. Only thing I’m a light sleeper and people can get loud since I have jacuzzi room it’s more open not soundproof just the walls in room not the door definitely not . But security will stop any loudness . Great hotel I ended up rebooking as I was not allowed to fly . So that should say much . I do love the hotel and free water wow . Again I wish I knew all name and also Helon but. Again all staff great and sweet and fast . "
