"Spacious rooms, well equipped, though the rest of the hotel is bereft of any amenities, but never mind. We learned to appreciate the place. A bit remote for those without a car, but we managed to enjoy with the help of the bus timetable. Very friendly small team of staff who try their best to make up for shortcomings of the place. Breakfast was charged as an extra, but it was nice and worth it. As said, the room is vast and comfy and there's a little pantry in it, but we wish the little backyard...

"I had a great stay at this B&B only a few minutes drive from Ishigaki town. The couple running this property could have not been nicer or more welcoming. I stayed 4 nights and the freshly prepared Okinawan breakfast every morning was amazing and totally different each day. You stay in the same building as the owners and their well behaved pets - one small dog and three cats. The rooms are large and sharing a bathroom was not an issue. The beach and coral reef are only a few minutes walk away and...

Tomoko and her team did a great job of looking after me whilst there and going the extra mile to make me feel more at home and understand the island. "Totally enjoyed this property. Beautiful view of the water. The terrace doors open completely to enhance the indoor-outdoor view. Great for sunset. BBQ and charcoal is provided. Location is great. Only a short drive to a supermarket and in a quiet location. A couple of cafes within walking distance. Very close to Fusaki Beach, which you can access by walking through the lobby of the resort. Also just past the lighthouse is a pretty secluded beach."

"Beautiful property with a great pool and convenient access to the beach as well. Only suggestion would be to offer a restaurant where we can order a meal as all four dining options were either buffet or set course menus. All of which way overpriced so we ended up going into the city after Day 2 instead. Otherwise a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Ishigaki!"

"Its a little secluded hotel with 10 rooms tucked in the hills of Ishigaki. The staff were great and check in was easy. The animals on site were cute, but the parrot's day cage is too small. The room was huge and had great amenities if you wanted to cook a small meal. The balcony was large and had a view of the ocean. We'll definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"Great staff and location! The property is smaller than advertised, but the amenities are all clean and excellent. There were plenty of options for breakfast, though most were Japanese and not to my liking. I loved the coffee and juice options, but had to find food elsewhere once we left the hotel. The infinity pool is excellent with a great view looking over the water and Taketomi Island! The only complaint I have is that our hotel room was infested with small ants that would pop up...

"It was a memorable stay. The hotel is close to the beach. The lovely ladies provided unforgettable hospitality. The meals were simple Japanese home made food. They invited us and other guests to see the Sagaribana (the flowers only bloom at night) in the neighbours garden then the owner of the house invited us into their garden to admire this beauty. If I could give them 10 stars for their hospitality I would. Highly recommended. "

"Booked with breakfast, but because I was the only person staying in the hotel, they gave me a stupid excuse that they can not serve breakfast. Just tell me the truth, people are not stupid... and I can understand. One of the main reasons I booked this property is because they have a big jacuzzi on the outside of the room, in the garden. Unfortunately, it was so dirty and unusable. I do not understand why they did not clean it. Weather was mostly nice at 22 c. and I would have loved to use it....
