離JR名古屋站很近。走5分鐘就可以到AEON超市。夜晚很安靜，沒有吵雜的聲音。洗澡的時候發生一些小問題，沐浴乳被換裝成水了，通知櫃台後有替換成新的。

接客対応へ全く問題なかったです。 問題なのは、古いことです。 空調の音がうるさい、風呂場が水の腐った臭いがする、 この二点が、辛かったです。

施設全般の古さは否めません。また、周辺地域も決して静かで治安が良いと言う場所でもありません。朝食が高評価のホテルだそうですが、朝食を摂らない者にとっては、余り意味がありません。 フロントの感じも良く、立地も良いのですから、もう少し部屋のコンディションが良いといいなぁと感じました。
