"The facility is in a beautiful location. It is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is well-trained, friendly, and accommodating. When I checked in, I did not realize that I booked a room in the "port area," which is basically rooms for people who bring their dog(s). Our room was on the 2nd floor, and it was difficult for my 91-year-old dad to go through ups and downs (The staff was willing to change our room if it was available), and we had to take a bus to get to a hot spring, also...
