"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"My wife and I loved our stay at the Kagabi Yuzen townhouse! We stayed for a few days and it was a wonderful location to walk from to get around Kanazawa, which ended up being our favorite city during our trip around Japan. The property itself was very cozy. The beds and sitting areas were very comfy. The bathrooms and toilets were very well maintained and easy to use. The air conditioning was great and plentiful in all of the rooms where we needed it. "The property was very clean and the communication was excellent! They responded very quickly when we had issues (check in, resolved quickly, user error) I will say that the space was a little difficult with 8 people there. I would suggest no more than 5."

"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!"

"Located right next to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Attractions are within walking distance (30 mins). Room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Amenities were great and staff were wonderful. Hotel offers a variety of drinks in the lobby for guests - a very nice added touch. Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel!!"

"The hotel is fantastic. It’s a short walk from the train station, so it’s very well situated. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. They do good job of providing bathroom items, juice, and other travel conveniences for hotel guests. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a really nice bathtub, which was great for relaxing. The breakfast had a good selection and the food was delicious(it’s provided by an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel). There’s a 7-11 next to the hotel as well, so you can easily pick up toiletries or any travel necessities you might have forgotten. Most of the nearby attractions in Kanazawa are about 10 minutes away by Uber, so it was very easy to get to all the important tourist spots. I really enjoyed my stay here and would certainly stay here again."
