"It was my first Time staying at this property and let me tell you.this property is so beautiful and gorgeous... I had a beach front room and I could literally walk to the water for my room.. it was amazing.. I would like to give a huge shout out to Adi from Nuku Restaurant and Seru from the Spa. Their service was exceptional. Adi really made me feel like I was in paradise. Such a beautiful person in and out. Give that woman a raise. She knows how to treat guests with great service so they will always come back for more. Also huge shout out to the chefs at Nuku who brought me papayas when they ran out at the buffet for breakfast... Shout out to Pritika, Mere, Joe, Mesaki, RaRai and everyone one else for their great service. The Bula Bus drivers were so good..just loved the kind hospitality and all the Bulas from everyone made us feel amazing. Hilton customer service is on a different level folks..please do try. I just got back to the States and let me tell you I'm already planning a trip for the Hilton in October.. "The hotel staff is wonderful! The restaurant staff sang us a song as a farewell, it was very touching. We were also complementarily upgraded to a suite with a beautiful view of the beach. The staff at the Harvest restaurant was always very responsive and attentive(especially the manager), and they provided the best service! While we were at the hotel, the restaurant changed the composition of the dishes (for example, the ingredients of the salad or the sweetness of the mocktails) and this is great, it means the chef listens to the comments of the guests. There was so much food that my friend and I began to take one dish for two, although our package included a 3-course meal for each day. The construction was on the other side of the hotel, we never saw or heard it. Activities were amazing too! "
