Really poor service
Pretty grumpy staff. Arrived late due to delayed flights. Restaurant closed but wouldn’t give us anything and nothing nearby. Recommend Uber Eats which took 1.5 hours, went back to reception to ask if Uber is relatable. A new member of staff on shift said no we all use a different app but would I like them to make me a sandwich?!? YES!! The bar closes when they like. Second night I asked for a beer at 1030, sorry bar is closed. So I asked why they close early and the answer was ‘we always close at 11’. Yes but it’s 1030? Same happened to another English girl trying to get a drink after me. Perhaps it’s an anti-English thing?! Anyway, overall the staff were plain rude and the room was bang average. No were a 4 star just in the service alone. Will not stay again but unfortunately it’s the hotel my local office recommend. I’ve told them to find other options

Really nice and quiet beautiful hotel.
The hotel was in a very nice and quiet area perfect for those looking for a relaxing quiet stay. The decor was nice and hotel service was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean and parking was in abundance and free. The breakfast however was a little disappointing as a vegetarian with limited choice of hot food and mostly catered for non vegetarians.

Not happy - beds were not comfortable, not the bed we requested ( 1 bed), got key to room but room was not done at all when we entered (towels on the flier etc- you know the drill). Housekeeping was telling front desk while we were standing there, that they could not be expected to have it ready because they were understaffed etc. We stayed several times in this hotel over the last couple of years and loved it. Not going to do it again!

We booked a stay at the hotel that was advertised on the Hotels.com website but when we reached the hotel, the lady at the reception said that the booking could not be found in their system and asked for evidence of booking. After showing the booking confirmation on my phone, she said that the hotel is completely booked and asked us to move to another hotel (also NH) 8 mins away by car. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a free drink at the hotel. The standard room we booked was alright for Amsterdam price levels. The building felt a bit dated. But overall it's a good place to stay.

Well located business hotel in Bussum
The quiet hotel is easily accessible from the highway or by taking the train and then an easy walk or taxi. It's located in a residential neighborhood with parks across the street. The hotel is smoothly run by professionals and is mostly used by business people during the week and leisure travelers on the weekend. The breakfast buffet is superb and there is a good restaurant and bar too.

Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent our wedding night here 42 years ago, and were happy to see that this hotel still has class It is updated, and is still a great place to stay. The breakfast they serve is excellent, and if the weather cooperates you can eat outside under the trees.
