"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing: plenty of food choices and Finnish specialties including the Karelian pie (and veggie option of that even). The hotel is modern, clean and tidy, with maintaining a hint of their prison history. The associated part of the building is almost a community: a gym, a spa, bakery, restaurants, shops and a funicular going downhill to the river. Highly recommended, and definitely will stay there when I visit Turku next time."

"A very nice comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great shower. The rooftop bar in the evening is a romantic spot to sit and enjoy the views with an excellent cocktail. We had an early train to catch. So they arranged a tax for us and had a free takeaway breakfast for us. Would definitely stay here again."

It’s a very nice 22 minute walk along the sea to the old town where there are cute shops and restaurants, especially Merisalo. Skip the expensive trolley to town and walk! "

"I really appreciate the extra help and care offered by Seaport Hotel staff. It is a great motel only a few steps from the Viking boat, which was so convienent for my disssbled wife, plus it is only a few more steps to Turku Port train platform. I will definetely stay here again on future trips acrosx to Stockholm."
