It started off with my reservation being canceled this morning and when I called the property, they were very rude. And when I mentioned it to them when I checked in after rebooking, it’s like they really did not care. This property is not what it is advertised wife and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. We are very disappointed.

They advertise complimentary "Deluxe" Continental Breakfast but nothing about it was "deluxe." Hoped they had atleast some eggs, bacon, or sausage to offer and there's only one waffle maker. Hard to sleep at night due to loud pipes and AC unit. Other than mentioned, the room looked neat and change the towels often.

This was our second stay here. The check in is fast and easy . The place is clean . The breakfast was good . Very attentive staff. We will be coming back ! Oh ! the best part was the free shuttle service to and from the casino !!

First off the front desk manager was very rude. He also almost got into a fist fight with a potential renter basically baiting him into a fight. Also, this is the only hotel I’ve ever been to without a microwave????

Turned off drinks right at 10 am. Guy at desk then compounded my frustration by stating we close at 10. Drinks????? Apple Juice? Does it come out of his paycheck? Shuttle dude saved the day to the resort .
