"We stayed for 3 nights with our dog as it was booked in advance. Here is a true feedback. 1) property is listed as pet friendly however it is not. Property manager was asking for guarantee tht pet is friendly. After saying will give the same feedback to Expedia , he gave us room. 2) torn bedsheets. We asked for non-torn but still no luck. 3) no bill for payment confirmation. 4) dark room( don’t know if it was just us cause of dog) 5) No for everything till we mentioned feedback. "Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again."

"Age of the property is showing up.. Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "
