Had some issues with the room but nothing really to complain about. Couldn’t close the shower door all the way , so I had to leave it cracked. Feel free to check, room 370. Overall was amazing and highly recommend , not a complainer over small things but will note them - breakfest was amazing, it’s not the same each day — but delicious non the less and I love the juices; yogurts and pastries they offer. It’s the best start to the morning along with some coffee. This hotel has the best views I’ve seen, waking up from the bed you get a direct view of the beach and even from breakfest you can see the entire beach sunset to sunrise — it’s beautiful, Staff is nice, had no issues; my door handle in my room was a little weird, as it wasn’t fully attached but no big deal Will stay again! Thank you and Trystan At the front desk was great.

The oceanfront balcony king room was great. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Only con was the hotel is pet friendly and there were a lot of dogs. I would definitely stay here again. 8/10

The balcony door in room 556 could not be opened, the hot and cold water faucets in the lavatory were crossed and the room entrance door was very heavy to open.

If you think you're coming to a usual Hampton Inn, think again, this is not the usual Hampton, I'm not sure if the Hilton family spends all their money at the Homewood Suite down the road but this property was dirty as was the surrounding areas. The walkway to the ocean was overgrown weeds so much so that there is a litter of kittens in the weeds, the bugs in the hotel room were really unacceptable but we dealt with it because the line to check in was 10 deep as was the coffee in the morning so we figured it was busy and didn't have another room (I had heard that the hurricane victims were staying there so I didn't want to rock their boat anymore than it already had). Forget checking in early, it's $100 extra if you want to. Check-in crew not very nice either. The shower tapped/leaked the entire time and the doors slam waking everyone up in the morning. Speaking of "coffee in the morning" the coffee was empty and five people were standing around waiting for it for a few days in a row and the woman who "runs it" was so unpleasant and barged through the people like we were supposed to appease her instead of the other way around. The towels for the pool were supposed to be in the cabinet but I've never seen one towel in there and speaking of the pools, I know sand and beach go into the pools but I never saw them clean the kids pool once and we were on the oceanside so we would of heard it as you hear the kids fountains run well into the night, it just looked dirty! Not the usual

While we have stayed at many Hampton Inn's, this particular one was not so nice. Our room was dirty and very small. There was also a 1" gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. We are both Hilton Honors members and we didn't get upgraded. We chose a room without an ocean view because we were only staying overnight, but I didn't expect what we got. If there were renovated rooms, it certainly was not ours. Would definitely not stay here again.

Incredible beach, immaculate building. I love the older building - very nicely maintained. The breakfast buffet daily was incredible. Staff were very friendly. Lots of parking. Very happy our car was in a covered parking garage. The only things that looked dated is the pool area.

Pleasant surroundings beach access just steps away. Pools and spa clean and convenient. Not crowded while we were there. The only complaint I have is that the hygiene dispensers in the shower are too high for me and we’re hard to pump. I would definitely stay here again

Disappointed-no shuttle-so we did learn how to use Uber. I guess we can try other properties because we really enjoyed the shuttle services. Queen bed very squeaky. Otherwise room very nice. Coffee and breakfast very good. Glad to see pets are allowed. But a lot of bare spots in grassy areas. New surroundings but loved the older comfy areas to sit and talk. Things change.
