Excellent stay.

A lovely Hotel in a beautiful area. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. There were many restaurants near the hotel and the food was very good. We hired a car at the airport and drove to the hotel which was about 55miles. I would recommend hiring a car because there are many places to visit in the area. We had a sea view room which had a lovely view from the balcony. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only minus factor was the breakfast. There were only two cereals and the hot option was very limited. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel as all the staff were outstanding.

The team at The Panormo Beach hotel could not have done any more to make us feel welcome. They were always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable with a lovely pool area.

A great small hotel. We stayed for two weeks after a friend recommended it, we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and conveniently located in the village with a nice pool area set in a small garden. Breakfast was included in our price and was simple but satisfactory. We had a room with a pool view, it came with a fridge and really comfortable bed. However, what really made this hotel stand out were the staff. They were absolutely excellent. The two ladies who worked on reception worked extremely long hours, but were unfailingly polite, cheerful and very helpful. All the other staff were much the same and together they made our stay very special. The hotel management should be very proud of them. I have not hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thank you for a great holiday

Très bel hôtel avec une superbe piscine. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour une plage de galets. Petit bémol sur la literie un peu trop molle pour nous et la douche un peu petite. Accès à pieds en 5 mn au front de mer avec plein de restaurants.

Lovely quiet hotel but in the village for convenience,restaurants and beach were two minutes walk away. Staff very polite.Suits adult guests.Would have loved a little snack bar around the pool for a coffee and snack during the day.

Hôtel très sympathique dans une île magique..

3 belles journées avec ma fille... Irène à l'accueil et au service a été très bienveillante... Lorsqu'elle a su que ma fille attendait un bébé, elle nous a déconseillé de partir (fin de matinée) pour un grand périple dans le sud... nous en proposant un plus proche et tout aussi joli. Heureusement que nous l'avons écouté ! Car le lendemain, en partant plus tôt et en diminuant nos distances (toujours suivant les conseils d'Irène) nous avons vécu une journée magnifique, mais que nous n'aurions pas pu le faire la veille... Et les petits changements suggérés par Irène nous ont permis de découvrir des lieux inoubliables... Par ailleurs, nous étions ravies de profiter de la plage en contre-bas... une des plus sympas (que de belles vagues ;-)) que nous avons croisé. Palormos est vraiment un petit village sympa du bord de mer. L'hôtel étant parfaitement bien situé, (vieille ville, port, restaurants, plage, parking, etc...) et néanmoins au calme : tranquilles le soir sur le mini balcon à la nuit tombée. Seul bémol : peut-être trouver un hôtel aussi bien à 2 ou 3 autres endroits de l'île, qui est un peu trop grande pour se visiter en partant d'un seul point. Mais pour 3 journées, c'était parfait.. nous n'avons pas encore tout écumé ! Je conseille sans réserve !

Overbooking

Very Nice hotel, kind staff and good cleaning of the rooms everyday. Breakfast could be better for 10 € pp/ per day. Only thing is we had to stay somewhere else with less comfort for 2 days because they were overbooked.

Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage. Unser Zimmer war neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war bis auf den künstlichen Orangensaft o.k.

Nice rooms but somewhat lacking as a hotel.

City type hotel close to beach. Nice rooms if you are looking for 'smart'. Disappointingly the sea-view room we paid extra for was completely spoiled by a half constructed building feet from the balcony obscuring half the view. Worse, was the construction work that started around 7am each morning which meant having to leave the hotel early (and not return until the very end of the day) Next season this will not be a problem but there needs to be a little honesty around what constitutes a sea-view particularly if the hotel is charging extra. The hotel also described a roof terrace bar - there was - but it was non-operational. this was a relief as our room was directly below it and on the one occasions it was being used for a private party it was very noisy. The pool (we didn't use it) is small and in a very neat space but as it doesn't have a view, the beach a few metres away is a much better option. The hotel manager appeared pleasant enough on his first day but following this he was largely conspicuous by his absence possibly to avoid the complaints about the building noise. As we were only in Panormos for a week and were not looking to sit around a pool all day we left the room very early and stayed out all but in our opinion the lack of any attempt by of the hotel management to explain/apologise/resolve/compensate is unacceptable and on principle we wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Dejligt nyt hotel i hyggelig fiskerby

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på dette rolige hotel. Det ligger i en hyggelig by med en skøn strand tæt på. Rengøringen var god og personalet var venligt. En god ide er at leje bil hele dit ophold her. Ellers kan det være svært at komme rundt. De ryger dog alle sammen inde på hotellet og ved poolområdet. Det var ikke så moderne. Vi var glade for at bo her. Det skal suges st der er et byggeri lige foran hotellet som spærrer for havudsigten, dette bliver ikke oplyst heller ikke på deres billeder.

lovely manager, Mr Vasilis Dakanalis, who is very hospitalable and professional, and has a lovely manner about him. he resolved our intial complaint about the room- I should be promoted to a manage a five star hotel, as he has very skilled at managing the hotel.
