Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
With 45 years of global travel, the worst people to deal with. Would not confirm reservation unless paid in cash on checkin, wanting double payment. Asked not to use Expedia, Bookings or other just to pay them. Trying to checkin or cancel my wife was verbally accosted with language not appropriate for anyone. Forced to book another property and only after telling the property management we were going to the Tourist Police we were asked to checkin without cash payment. Surprised by Expedia lack of service and customer support, was told many false statements by Expedia trying to settle this matter.
