"The hotel is well located on the Vah River. It is easy to walk to many restaurants and shops as well as along the river. The hotel common areas and rooms are in good condition, and the staff is very helpful. Parking can be an issue if you are there during a busy time. Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. Nor will you know that, when you phone the hotel, they will sigh in exasperation that you cannot speak German and that they will be pretty rude to you.
