"Lotte City Myeongdong is one of the best places to stay when in Seoul. The most important reason is the location, its 10 mins walk from the Myeongdong shopping street. The streets around the hotel are always bustling and you also get a view of Namsan tower from some rooms. The subway stations are less than 5 mins and thats even more convenient to go around Seoul. "

"Stayed for 7 nights. Good location near to metro station and airport limousine bus stop to Incheon airport. Staff courteous and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Coin laundry on 10th floor of the hotel is a bonus to help with laundry. Good stay at Ibis Myeongdong Hotel. "

"Hotel Royal Seoul is located in the heart of MyeongDong. Accessible from both subway line 2 and 4. Hotel has all needed amenities (yes, they have slippers and robes), and their beds are very comfortable (with actual comforter)! Great for a tiring day!"

"Not the trendiest but one of the closest and easiest to go around for side trips and shopping around the area. Station just a mins walk too. However not near to the big shopping malls so need a bit of walking"
