"The existence black hairs in the bathing area was not good. (I am a former blonde, now gray.) However, the rest of the room seemed clean. The breakfast are was surprisingly good. "Everything was fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. A short walk from Aomori station--one stop from Shin-Aomori. Breakfast was good and the area around the hotel was walkable. Some good dining options in the area. So many sushi restaurants in the area. Nebuta Wa Rasse Museum rust down the street and the A-Factory and small beach opposite the museum. I have only one complaint and that was the bathroom. It is older and needs to be modernised. When showering the water temperature fluctuates...

" Location - around 5-7 min walk to JR Aomori station, all along flat road. There is a convenience store just downstairs and a lot of restaurants too. Room- The staff is nice. The room is clean, quiet and not big. It is just fit for one person. You have all the amenities inside. It is quite good value for money. Highly recommended if I go back to Aomori again "
