"Great place to stay for families, excellent facilities and very clean, had no issues and kids loved it. It has all the facilities of a 5 star spa and with authentic experience of a Cave hotel. "We stayed one night in this hotel and we liked a lot. The room was beautiful and clean and in excellent condition. The staff was ver kind. The hotel is owned by a family of three. Ehran, the son, was the person we were in touch with, he was very helpful and responsive all the time through WhatsApp. Even when the hotel is not located in Goreme, where most of the restaurants and coffee places are, it is very easy to get there from the hotel with public transportation. "Suleyman, the owner, is Suleyman the Magnificient! He is a warm genuine person who puts guests at ease and provides unbelievable service. The stay at Upper Greek House was superb and the dinners at his other property just down the hill were delicious. The town is cute-- much better that Goreme. It is also centrally located to all the site. It is no wonder Rick Steve's has this in his book."
