"The Claridges Nabha Residence is located in a quaint ledge of the mountains near Mussoorie. You can get a nice view of the peaks above and, partly, of the cliff below. The property itself is beautiful but it is evident that it has seen better days. You can see broken vases and plant pots in places and some of the common areas could use some renovation. Even so, it does exhude a cozy charm that stems from its turn-of-the-century architecture and quiet bliss, away from the main city. The staff...

"The hotel had a seperate menu for breakfast for Oyo room customers which did not have eggs in the menu.This is quite unusual.Their own menu had eggs for breakfast.When I enquired they said that they cannot provide eggs because they have such a contract with Oyo.If that is so then Oyo should mention at the time of booking what will be provided.Complimentary breakfast does not mean inferior treatment."

"The hotel was excellent in all respect. Staffs were very cordial and helpful. Parking facility was up to the mark. Only two minor hiccups, they don't use cards, so you have to pay in cash. The stairs are rather steep, so if you have problem in your legs, stay away from this hotel. Overall, an excellent hotel."

The mountain inn is perfect in ever way: Outstanding location, thoughtful and guest centric touches and personalised service, both front office and F&B showed a distinct willingness to please the guest, excellent food and restaurant, lovely rooms that have been redesigned without overt modernisation. Couldn't find fault with anything in Rokeby Manor. "
