This hotel should not be charging as much as they do! Our duvet had a yellow stain, the cover was dirty, the sheets were thin and the pillows were all flat and definitely should not be used any longer. The a/c unit by the window had major condensation which soaked the carpet. The smell of mildew was strong. We called the front desk and were basically told they could not do anything about it. The next day we called again and they said they were working on our issue. The issue was never resolved, we were never offered a refund, not even partial, and not even offered another room. The hotel kept the $50 credit card hold and I am not sure why?!! So many issues, and because we booked through Expedia, expedia tried talking to the hotel on our behalf and they told them they would not provide any reimbursement. Will not EVER stay here again.

Shower head sprayed water sideways causing the water to flood room floor. The fabric shower curtain did not help matters. Normally this would not have bothered me but I had my 18 month old with me and I was afraid she was gonna slip on the tile floor. Inclusive breakfast was not great.

Staff very nice and facilities clean. However, I did not sleep well because the pillows are thin and worn. The toilet seat is chipped as is the bathtub. Was no bath mat. The bathroom cabinet had significant damage to one of the legs. Just looks old and needs renovating. Will not stay here again.

We stayed in room 311. The room was clean but the ac unit didn’t work The sweet young lady at the desk came to look at it. She restarted it and worked for a few minutes but then stopped. We informed her of the problem when we checked out. The room was warm

Abnormal Stay
The hotel itself is very nice. The entrance the cleanliness however my room did not rise to standards. I had a leak with the bathtub faucet that actually kept me awake all night. They were going to move me to another room, but it was not clean at all it was clean overall, but the smell that came when you open the door was horrible. I’m not sure they have a new housekeeping crew or what That was the experience I had this time with La Quinta. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel and I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, but the shower head didn’t work very well at all. No offense to pet owners, but i was roomed next to someone that had a big dog that barked all night and cure was to turn on their television and turn it up loud. In my opinion only, they should put pet owners on their own floor until they run out of rooms.
