The entry-way was good at the South East side of the building but it would have been nice to have had a sign on the North-east side of the building (facing the Train station) so that we could have found the main door more easily. "Great location and clean comfortable rooms, shower floor gets very slippy, so could do with a grab rail, but ok when you get used to it. Only have given 4 out of 5 as really miss not having a kettle in the Motel One room, not the very cheapest hotel so should be an option at least. Good location for the hotel in the city centre with everything within walking distance and very close to the riverside bars etc. 4 out of 5 due to no kettle or room safe but would probably stay again due to location. "

"The location is very close to HBF, so close to a lot of things and a twenty min walk to the Dom. But like most HBF, a lot of undesirables hang out there in the evening. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Fabulously cute Austrian decor. And a FABULOUS restaurant downstairs. It’s a must. Ensure you request a room with a separate shower room.
