"BAD OPTION AT ALL!!! We booked perfectly our room in Dream Beach Kubu Lembongan, but when we arrive our room was sold to other customer. They did overbooking, giving our room probably for higher prize to other. So we need to look ourselves for other hotel. This is the first time it happen to me and it is awful. "Overall our stay was good. The room could have been better. There were gaps in the front door which allowed ants and mosquitoes to easily get in. The bathroom door also had a massive gap, right where the toilet was so not very private when needing to use the toilet. We also done a snorkelling excursion through the hotel that offered a GoPro included but we did not get one which meant we have no photographic memory of what we saw."
