"This hotel surpassed my expectations! It was clean, the staff were super friendly and overall a lovely place to be. What added a cherry on the cake was the breakfast! "On check-in there was a very rude woman trying to attract the attention of the receptionist to complain about so called 'bed bug' which probably didn't exsist because she said they were in the room not on the bed. The receptionist was calm and continued to deal with us, actions that the rude woman accused of being ignored. We had no such experience. "For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. "After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious"
