"Excellent location 2 minute walk from Christmas markets in Wolności Square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was very clean and modern and had all necessary amenities for a short trip. We did have trouble working the heating but this was most likely user error and would most likely have been an easy fix had we asked. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. "

"Reception staff were very friendly. The place was clean and well equipped, there was great free coffee. My only issue was that the movement sensor in the bathroom area didn't reach the shower, so the light went off while I was showering. I had to open the shower door and wave my hands around to make the light go back on. Luckily no-one else was in there so I didn't scare anyone!"

"The hotel is ideally placed for the airport, main train station and city centre. The hotel was well decorated. The allocated room was a good size, clean and comfortable. There was a tea/ coffee machine but no complementary water. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast in the morning. Both were very good. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options available. All the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you. "

"Really nice rooms. Very clean. Close to public transportation. Wondering staff, especially Elena and Jerry. Room on street a bit noisy because of tram, but you stop noticing. Also communal kitchen where you can cook if you are on a budget."

Weekend break

"Hotel was lovely and clean we stayed in the down stairs room which was a great size had a tv, coffee making facilities also a pull out bed/couch. We arrived later than planned due to delays but we was sent an email containing information on how to get in to the hotel, how to access our room key and our room number as reception staff are only there between a certain time. Staff seemed pleasant and greeted us when we was coming or going. The hotel is literally in the city centre and right next door to the croissant museum. "

"A fantastic apartment set up, great value for money. No more than 200 mtrs from the town square, which has lots of very good eating places, from cheap to not so cheap but all very good for what they served at the price. Good local beer at reasonable prices, everyone was very friendly and cheerful. Lots of little artisan bakery cafes very near the square."
