I have no reservations recommending this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Yerevan and wants to enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped apartment. "Nice hotel with patio view of Mt. Ararat. Nice buffet breakfast starting at 830. Not walkable to downtown but GG app is cheap for taxis. Pool not in use since it was Oct and cold but looked nice."

"The room is nice and comfy. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choices. The downside are the 2 female receptionist. We asked one of them for tourist info about the city. She asked us to google because she don’t know anything. And the other one we asked for towel which was forgot to provide after room cleaning but It never came. We called front desk again after one hour. the male receptionist came up immediately with the towel to the room. "

"Water in the halls that I dictate it is purified water dispensers is water for the faucet. Taste bad. I had to go buy bottled water at store. Breakfast coffee is cheap and when the clean dishes run out they will not restock with clean. This happened to me twice. "

"centrally located hotel, excellent staff, nice size rooms with amenities, very comfortable bed and pillows. outlets in my room could not hold in power converters they were loose and falling down, but the staff was excellent and provided with hotels own converter for my use which held ok still bit loose"

"Found this hotel to be a good balance of everything, between nice and comfy rooms, to a decent breakfast and a really nice pool area and lunch options. Taxis into the city are easy to get and this made a great base camp for us. Sonya who worked at front desk also especially helpful and overall no complaints with the hotel, a solid 3.5 star hotel."
