"Beautiful accommodations. Bathroom vanity mirror needs to be fixed. The mini bar was unfortunately locked during my stay so I could not access the complimentary drinks. Other than that the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Overwater bungalow was stellar. The wood on the deck needs a re-coat. It’s getting pretty patchy in places. "

"The property is very nice and well landscaped with an excellent pool and access to swim in a large natural reef. It is very French in the sense that there are more French customers than the Intercontinental so it is more authentic to the local traditions."

"Nice convienent but surrounded by noisy clubs and pubs very difficult to sleep noise goes on to early morning also problem with staff all speak French difficult to converse in English hard to request anything also anything They provide requires a $100 hold ie converter plug hair dryer umbrella etc"

"We had 2 identical rooms which were very nice and relative new. The room was cleaned daily and one of the best beds and showers. Overall a nice resort with a boutique like feeling and very relaxing place. The restaurant has many options for everyone’s liking and the service was good. Would return if we are back in the area and recommend for families and couples."

"This hotel is perfect for the purpose. We had a one-night stay before continuing on through PPT for our trip home. The front desk arranged our taxi back to the airport and wake-up call very efficiently. One thing I wish I had done was arrange a van from the airport to the hotel - instead of paying for 2 taxis for my family of 5 + luggage. The hotel is clean and efficient. Be aware there are stairs before the elevator. Rooms are clean and comfortable. "

"I’m writing this review to complement the hotel staff. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. They patiently answered all of our questions and didn’t laugh at our language efforts. The restaurant in the hotel was also delicious with warm staff. The only issue with the hotel is no beach but perfect if you need a place to stay by the ferry. "

"French Polynesia is expensive and this boutique hotel was not only an amazing snorkel location but also charming and authentic. Large enough for me, my hubs and parents to share and the team there was so helpful. But be aware if you go to the area during off season, some restaurants are closed the early part of the week and grocery store has limited hours. So plan accordingly! But the snorkel was stellar, the only better snorkeling we saw was way out by the reef on a small boat in Bora Bora. "

"The grounds are verdant and well established. I loved all the birds, including the chickens. Beautiful flowers fall from the trees. It is paradise remembered. Yes, it is old, but with such a wonderful staff, you feel that this is the right place to relax and renew."

"This placr was great!! Super private, quiet and fun! The property is very well maintained and cleaned. Amazing private beach to enjoy and see the sunset. I huge plus to have available kayaks to go see the dolphins in the early morning. I highly recommend! The host Katy is extremely nice and sweet and made our visit very special. She has great recommendations if you need suggestions for any activity you want to do. "

"Don't arrive expecting a 5-star resort, that's not this hotel. But it's a quarter or less of the cost too. It was perfect for my needs. Easy walk to restaurants and shops by the port. Free parking. I had a car so was out exploring the island every day, leaving in the morning and not returning until evening. Kind staff - Vainui and Jeanne (sorry if I mispelled) were lovely and made sure all was good. "

"The property was excellent overall and offered excellent value. The one thing I did not like was the indigent people hanging out right outside the property who were smelly, smoked and sometimes made bad comments. They weren't too bad but they should not have been there."
