Cedo em SP e consegui entrar algumas horas antes do previsto. Estive por 2 diárias, a 1ª noite super tranquila, apartamento super limpo, com a vista mais Maravilhosa de SP, mas a 2ª noite tive problemas com uma obra na qual não fui informada. Iniciou após as 18h varou a noite com muitos barulhos. Infelizmente não descansei direito durante a noite!"

"Dear Expedia Customer Service,
I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the service we received at Hotel Global Grupos do Brasil in São Paulo, which we booked through your platform.
Upon arrival, we were assigned the wrong room. After bringing this to the hotel’s attention, they assured us that the issue would be resolved the next morning. Based on this promise, I booked an additional room at the same hotel using my Expedia rewards.
However, after the first night, we followed up again, and the staff began giving us different excuses, while still promising to resolve the issue by evening. When we returned later that day, they informed us the hotel was fully booked, and we remained in the same small, uncomfortable room.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Frankly, we can’t help but feel we may have been treated unfairly, possibly due to being American tourists.
Before leaving a negative public review, I wanted to give you the opportunity to review this situation and hopefully take appropriate action. I trust that Expedia values its customers and will help resolve this matter.

"Foi uma experiência bem satisfatória pelo preço que considerei barato. O quarto é amplo e confortável. Com boa circulação de ar e uma varanda agradável. Aparentemente estava limpo. Já a limpeza do banheiro não estava boa, pois tinha algumas marcas de uso recente. Achei o quarto muito barulhento à noite, pois as tubulações fazem muitos ruídos, as paredes parecem ser bem finas. Quando o vizinho vai ao banheiro dá para ouvir. Só consegui dormir bem porque estava com tampão nos ouvidos. O atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo. "
