"The breakfast buffet could have been better. The cinnamon buns were dry. The cheese board was boring. The coffee was warm but not hot. The quality of the ingredients was without exception. The execution can improve. I have to admit I am a bit jaded. All other aspects of the hotel were excellent."

"What a unique tranquil haven in the city. The hotel is a home from home and the staff cannot be more helpful. Our room was lovely and homely and breakfast freshly baked. The views look over the river and behind us a beautiful cathedral. We will be back."
