"Very convenient to the town square and shopping/dining venues. Located on a canal. Tended to be noisy during the night. Difficult to get luggage upstairs without elevator. Help was not offered when checking in. Lighting is dim. All this being said we would stay here again as the location makes up for negatives "

"Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. Easy driving access and near the Markt Platz where we ate dinner each night. Delft porcelain museum was good. Weather sucked all 3 days, wind, cold, and rain. But the hotel was quiet and cozy. Beds were great. Will stay again next spring. "

"What a brilliant find, right in the centre of Delft and a couple of minutes walk from the train station. A huge room and a huge comfortable bed. Great nights sleep and with great staff on reception, what more could you ask for! Will be back. "

"Excellent staff, well placed for a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, as it is a short walk from the city centre it is very noisy at night. We were woken each night after 1am. Breakfast is excellent, unless you get a coach party in, like we did, we just couldn't get seated one morning. Did we enjoy it, yes. Would we come back, probably not."

"My daughter and I had a pleasant stay at Hotel de Plataan. Our twin room had a nature-inspired theme and we felt very relaxed in there. The heating in our room was not working during our 4-night stay, which was reported. A duty manager came to investigate it but the heating still didnt work during our stay. "Wonderful stay at this stylish and comfortable hotel in central Delft. The location was perfect for sightseeing and for day trips to nearby cities. The staff are all lovely and hospitable but in a very relaxed way - would love to stay here again on future trips"
