"Our stay at Simon’s guest house was wonderful. It has an elevator so our luggage for our cruise was no issue. The Owner Simon and his wife helped us down with our suitcases and were so sweet and hospitable. We flew in the day before our cruise and wanted to see Rome before we boarded the ship. "Overall good hotel, close to transportation. We were supposed to have free parking as part of our contract, but the “free” parking spots were very limited. As a result we had to pay for parking two nights out of the four nights we stayed. In addition we could not shower on our last morning because the water was cold and no hot water was available. "

"The location is not very far from the main attraction approx 4.5 miles and is not in a very good neighborhood, but the public transportation is unreliable and often takes an hour or more to and from the main attraction. Bus or Train may or may not have AC which is very hot most of the time. You can take this into consideration if the location is working for you or not. The place itself is safe and clean."

"This place was perfect for our vacation to Italy! Room was clean, comfortable and the bed was excellent. From day one our host made us feel welcome and explained everything very well. Very quiet and cofterble.

"Was good place to stay restaurant was great and the bar was great hosting was great some very friendly and some not so much… room I was it was good just a/c was not control by us it was by hotel. Also transportation a bit far away from Rome that made it a bit expensive… But overall very good around little restaurants,shops and other would recommend staying n would go back as well."
