"Can't say enough good things about the property but specifically the owners. They were kind, attentive and friendly. Made us feel special. This was the perfect place for us to stay as it was exactly halfway between Santander and the house we're renovating in the area. This northern part of Spain is very beautiful and this hotel is also very convenient to sight see towns around. The Altamira Caves and its replicas, another must see, are 2 - 3 minutes away. "El alojamiento está muy bien y el personal te da muchas facilidades. Es verdad que nosotros cogimos un apartamento de dos y lo ampliamos a 4 con el sofá cama, y no es lo más cómodo, pero para unos días puede servir. El único pero que le pongo es que el baño huele mal, pero por lo que nos han dicho (en el hotel y en el pueblo) es algo que pasa cuando llueve. Lo demás, ¡genial!"

"Nice quiet place with lovely scenery and very comfortable rooms and large beds. The pool was a decent size, but the hot tub was not warm when we visited. Helpful staff as there are limiited dining options, so be prepared to drive somewhere to eat. Not easy to spot the entrance to the hotel. It is accessible via the double wooden door and an intercom as seen from google street view of the address. Would recommend for couples. "
