"Well located for most things, or a short taxi ride away. Quiet on upper floors, breakfast decent. Generally a comfortable place, though needs a bit of an upgrade. The 2nd time I stayed here the window in the room was damaged so had to move rooms. Sockets for electrics needed replacing. Would still recommend."

"The staff and service are impeccable. The bar is a wonderland which is second to the sitting room that has glorious dark wood and dim lighting. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the turndown service offers delicious sweet. I was greeted at the front desk with an offer of champagne . That just let me know that this is an exceptional boutique hotel. Security and bell service lets you know that you are entering a 5 star hotel when you first arrive. "The staff were all very nice. The room was very nice, clean and big. We had a pleasant stay. I was leaning more to give is a five star rating but there were two two things to mention here - 1) It's on a pedestrian street where vehicles are prohibited and taxis or Uber can't come. Therefore, they drop you about 40-You have to drag your luggage 40-50 yards and call Uber or Taxi from the roadside where vehicles are permitted. 2) The room had an electric kettle but there was no coffee, sugar,...

"The Buenos Aires Marriott Hotel is truly a five star property with superb customer service, comfortable and quiet rooms, and the best location right on the iconic 9 de Julio Blvd. With easy access to many shops and restaurants such as the Confitería La Ideal in the San Nicolás neighborhood as well as tourist sites like the Obelisk (Obelisco) and the Colon Theatre (Teatro Colón), you can’t go wrong. From the moment we arrived, the friendly, knowledgeable staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Romina Pazos and others from the reception desk took time to share with us information regarding local dining options and even emailed a comprehensive list to me. This was a real team effort by all employees. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is great and the customer service is superb. But even more impressive are the hotel amenities, the most impressive, of course, are the amazing views you experience from the 23rd floor where there is even a heated pool and a gym. From the 23rd floor, you can also see most of 9 de Julio, the Colon Theatre and even the Atlantic Ocean. The view of sunset from Marriott’s 23rd floor is stunning! And on the first floor, there is a restaurant that offers a buffet breakfast with omelets to order, as well as lunch and dinner. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for business or pleasure as I saw businessmen and tourist groups as well. "
