"This hotel is right in theiddle of the old city centre so you can walk every where. We had a corner room with a sitting area, comfortable bed and two large windows that we opened for views and a wonderful breeze way through our room. No need for air conditioning! The staff was wonderful and welcoming, the hotel is charming, the breakfast was a little lacking. We came down at 9:00, breakfast is served until 10:00, and all the tables were occupied or dirty and breakfast items were no restocked...

"Hotel had nice upgrades to common space w/ indoor pool/spa and sauna. Breakfast area was nice, but we didn't have breakfast any of the mornings. Rooms are tiny, but apparently standard for France. Hotel is in a weird industrial area, but quiet. Eery at night, but seemingly safe and totally fine. Sleepy town. "

"Appart'City was perfect for our six night stay in Pau. We had all the amenities of an apartment with the services that a hotel provides. "This is a great hotel if you are travelling to or from Spain as it is in a quiet area with easy access to the main route. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms with tea/coffee making facilities and large beds. "There were no glasses if you wanted some wine in your room. We were only given 1 small bottle of water between two people per day. And there was no creamer or milk for the instant coffee. The rooms were clean and adequate, staff friendly. But its the little things that help make the experience memorable."

"Don't bother to book if you can not speak French. You must also ring to confirm or they will NOT let you in as there is no reception. There are also no refunds a very bad service. I can not rate the rest of the hotel as never saw it."
