There were other funky smells as well. -Saw/killed two bugs in bathroom. Saw another bug on the sink, but unable to get it. -Bathroom floor and tub were just nasty. -Drill holes in the walls and furniture. -Areas of carpet were gross -Towels/washcloths were stained, so they appeared dirty.
